These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bet24 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bet24 website at bet24.vin, including all sports betting markets, casino games, promotions, payment services, and any other features offered on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on bet24, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. bet24 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by bet24 may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bet24 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the account holder — are not permitted.

• Funds deposited into your bet24 account may only be used for wagering on the Platform. bet24 does not offer peer-to-peer transfers between accounts, and account balances cannot be transferred to third parties.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on bet24. Game-specific and market-specific rules may also apply and are available within each market on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to live market suspension — if a market is suspended at the time your bet is submitted, the bet will be cancelled and your stake returned.
• bet24 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, price manipulation, or irregularity in the event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market on the Platform. bet24 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during an in-play event, bets already accepted and confirmed prior to the failure will stand. Bets placed after the failure but before the market is officially suspended may be voided at bet24's discretion.

• Opening or operating more than one account on bet24, or opening a new account following a self-exclusion or ban without authorisation from bet24 support.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, odds-scraping, or account management automation.
• Colluding with other players, match officials, athletes, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using bet24 to launder money or for any other purpose in contravention of applicable law.

bet24 actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bet24 may share relevant information with appropriate authorities and may cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

bet24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or providing fraudulent documentation.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 24 hours of the confirmed request. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorised use of bet24 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, errors in odds or markets, or any other matter relating to your use of bet24. bet24's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

bet24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bet24 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
